The Team:

The Continuous Compliance team at Deel achieves a new level of compliance by actively monitoring, flagging, and providing regulatory updates and workforce insights for our clients, helping them proactively navigate the ever-changing regulatory landscape.

Deel is the only platform on the market that monitors and provides up-to-date compliance alerts for 150 countries, enabling you to confidently hire and manage workers across the globe.

The Role:

Deeply analyse customers and business problems to identify the pain points

Rapidly create impactful and elegant solutions to specific problems

Strategically think of the product from high level to connect the missing dots

Take full cycle ownership of your work from ideation, design, review and feedback in the final test build and after release

Work closely with highly talented Product Designers and team of Engineers

Above all – Be part of the journey to redefine a way of working for people all round the world

Requirements:

Minimum of 6+ years hands-on experience as a product manager

Not a requirement but very desirable is experience with the following:

Product-led growth (PLG)

Artificial intelligence/Machine Learning

Compliance work

Independent and autonomous leader

Understanding of both UX and UI

Can lead and bring other product teams on board to deliver
