This strategic role will play a pivotal part in driving adoption of RedCloud’s solutions by crafting compelling product narratives, understanding technical workflows, and delivering impactful go-to-market strategies for our audiences, from local retailers to global brands.As Senior PMM, you’ll be joining our Marketing organization, reporting to the Head of PMM, to shape how we communicate and position our products globally. Your work will empower teams across Product, Sales, and Marketing, ensuring our solutions meet user needs and stand out in competitive markets. Your contributions will directly fuel our mission to revolutionize commerce in emerging markets and drive RedCloud’s growth.The role is located in London – it is hybrid between our Wework offices and remote work .Responsibilities
- Product storytelling: Craft compelling narratives to articulate the value of RedCloud’s products to diverse audiences for various materials (website, brochures and other collaterals).
- Market & user insight: Research and understand the needs of our target markets (Nigeria, Argentina, South Africa, Brazil) and users to align product positioning with local nuances.
- Go-To-Market strategy: Design and execute go-to-market plans for product launches, ensuring cross-functional alignment and measurable success.
- Positioning & messaging: Develop and refine messaging frameworks that resonate with our target audiences and highlight RedCloud’s unique value proposition.
- User journey mapping: Collaborate with Product teams to analyze and enhance the end-to-end user journey, ensuring a seamless and intuitive experience. Establish personas at each stage of the buyer’s journey and share insights with multiple teams.
- Internal enablement & product advocacy: Support Sales, Marketing and other teams with training, collateral, and insights to effectively communicate product benefits and drive engagement.
- Cross-functional alignment: Establish and preserve cross-team relationships, particularly with areas with strong ties to product marketing.
Competencies
- Stakeholder management: Develop strong, credible and productive relationships across functions.
- Communication skills: Excellent written English, able to establish positioning and messaging relating to the value of RedCloud products and services.
- Teamwork: The ability to motivate and inspire multiple stakeholders across the organisation through presentation of our brand and marketing strategy and company vision.
- Attention to detail: Focus on ensuring accuracy and consistency in messaging, collateral, and all aspects of go-to-market execution to maintain a high standard of quality and professionalism.
Key Skills & Experience
- 3-5 years of experience in Product Marketing, ideally in fintech or ecommerce industries. Understanding of B2B marketplaces, commerce, or payments is a plus.
- Strong understanding of user journeys and technical workflows.
- Proven track record of launching and scaling products in global markets.
- Exceptional storytelling and communication skills, with a talent for making technical products easy to understand.
- Customer-centric mindset, with empathy for the customer and a deep appreciation for cultural nuances in diverse markets.
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to derive insights from market research and performance metrics.
- Good knowledge of emerging markets, preferably Nigeria, Argentina, South Africa, or Brazil.
- Strategic thinker who can execute with precision.
