Get in touch with us to discuss in more detail.Senior Product OwnerLondon – Hybrid (minimum 50% office based)We have a very exciting opportunity for a Senior Product Owner to join an innovative technology transformation programme within our B2B2C Retail business. This role will play important role in driving the design, execution and vision of their squad within the programme.The Senior Product Owner will be part of a wider team of Product Owners and will work closely with the Retail Product Director, senior stakeholders, BA’s, architects and cross functional teams, ensuring that the product roadmap aligns with our business goals and meets customer and market needs.Key ResponsibilitiesDefine and communicate product vision, epics and users stories to all stakeholders.Define and monitor KPI’s for the product in line with the agreed visionWork with the Delivery Manager and programme management to manage squad budget and benefits definition and deliverWork with the Retail Product Director to define and agree benefits and delivery phasing to achieve those benefitsCollaborate with various internal stakeholders including but not limited to: proposition,operations, distribution, engineering and design, to deliver outstanding products.Collaborate with other product owners to ensure that your user stories are aligned withthe overall vision of the programme.Prioritize product backlogs and roadmap initiatives based on business impact andcustomer and adviser value.Collaborate with business readiness and impacted teams to ensure successfuldeployment of the product into live environmentAnalyse market trends, customer feedback, and competitive landscape to inform product decisionsEnsure programme milestones are met and deliverables are of high quality.Drive innovation and identify new experience optimisation opportunitiesSkills and ExperienceDegree or professional equivalent, or significant experience in similar role across multiple organisations (essential)Formal Agile qualification e.g. SCRUMExperience in Financial Services and understand of FCA/regulations, Consumer Duty etc (high desirable but not essential)Experience of creating and working with B2B2C digital propositions or leading product ownership in technology transformation programmesStrong experience working in an Agile ‘change environment’ with methodologies such as SCRUMCommunicating to a small group of people and to an appropriate level of detailWorking in a customer focused environment creating disruptive customer propositionsStrong ability to plan, manage & prioritise own workload, e.g. personal planning, organisationsHighly accurate and quality focused with strong analytical skillsExcellent interpersonal and collaboration skillCompany Benefits:A Competitive Salary, Pension Scheme and Life AssuranceAlong with 25 Days Annual Leave plus an Additional Day on us for your BirthdayPrivate Medical Cover and Income Protection, just in caseA generous and highly achievable bonus scheme – paid annually based on individual and company performance against targetsOpportunity to progress within your career both in-role and within the companyFREE access to the Headspace App, a 24/7 Employee Assistance Helpline and Trained Physical & Mental Health First Aiders (On-Site)A variety of Employee Funded Benefits available to you via our Online Benefits PortalPlus, several additional purchase options available for you and your loved oneAbout UsWe’re a FTSE 250 Financial Services company who specialise in retirement solutions and right now, our world is moving pretty quickly.How people work, save, and plan for the future is all changing.
