Job description
This role seeks a Senior Project Manager with a keen interest in sports and events venue creation to lead high profile property related projects to a wide range of UK clients.
As the Senior Project Manager you will have responsibility for the delivery of your own projects. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Manage and oversee the successful delivery of projects within agreed timelines and budgets
- Appoint and lead project teams to achieve set objectives and targets
- Ensure all projects comply with industry standards and company guidelines
- Act as a point of contact for clients, maintaining positive relationships and ensuring client satisfaction
- Prepare and present project reports and updates to senior management
- Identify potential risks and implement mitigation strategies
In addition to your core project delivery responsibilities you will be tasked with bringing new ideas to the team, improving processes and procedures, and supporting the development of others in the team.

A successful Senior Project Management candidate will have:
- A strong educational background in a relevant field (APM, CIOB, etc.)
- Proven experience in managing property projects within the sports, events, cultural sectors
- Pre and post contract experience with a proven ability to deliver projects to completion of construction
- Excellent leadership skills and the ability to coordinate large multi-disciplinary teams
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a track record of building long-lasting and effective stakeholder relationships
- An interest in bringing new ideas to the table and driving forward new processes etc. to improve delivery for clients

- A competitive salary in the range of £55,000 – £70,000 per annum (depending on experience)
