Join our Access Control & Video Solutions (ACVS) team in Belfast, Northern Ireland, and be part of developing the ecosystem for the next generation of AI-driven security solutions.

As a Senior Project Manager as part of the ACVS Program Management Office, you will have the opportunity to define and manage project schedules, budgets, and execution plans for multiple hardware and software projects in our ACVS product portfolio.

How you will do it

Collaborate with functional group leadership to identify program scope, budget, schedule, resources, and business case.

Lead program kick-off meetings to assemble the team and provide an overview of scope, budget, and schedule.

Conduct project team meetings to track progress, identify issues, and develop action plans.

Hold team members accountable for deliverables according to JCI requirements.

Manage software development programs using Agile methodology, including scaled agile programs involving multiple software/embedded and QA teams acting as Release Train Engineer running agile ceremonies such as PI Planning.

Manage issues, risks, and opportunities, and escalate unresolved issues to management.

Develop program schedules, document detailed tasks, and track progress.

Manage program budget, accounting for both capital and expense spending.

Work with global teams such as Finance, Project Management, Product Management, Marketing and Engineering.

Update business cases to ensure accurate financial representation.

Lead program scope, documenting and communicating any scope changes.

Report program status at monthly product/program reviews.

What we look for

Required qualifications:

Ability to work from the office 1-2 times a week

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field.

Minimum of 4+ years of experience managing hardware and software programs or projects OR experience working on a program team as a functional lead.

Ability to communicate effectively in a technical environment, including in front of Director and VP level stakeholders.

Demonstrated organisational skills, including project planning, management, and team building.

Preferred Qualifications:

Recognised Project Management achievement or membership (PMP Certification, APM etc)

Safe Certified

Experience working in manufacturing organizations.
