They are an established General Contractor that does work all over Illinois and need to bring on more Project Managers who have experience in the space. The Senior Project Manager for this firm would primarily focus on their healthcare sectorAPPLY NOW FOR 24 HOUR CONSIDERATION

  • Overseeing and directing projects from start to finish
  • Meet weekly and communicate daily with construction staff
  • Assess project progress, schedule, changes, and deliveries
  • Ensure safety at all times
  • Develop strong relationships with Superintendents, Subcontractors, and Assistant Project Managers
  • Maintain appropriate documentation through project such as RFI logs and change orders

  • 10 – 15 years of previous experience working with a General Contractor
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Management or a related field
  • Experience in design/build is a must
  • Experience working with software and technology
  • Strong Communication and Organization Skills
  • Time Management Skills
  • Up to date on the Construction Market and the newest technology
