We are currently recruiting for an Senior QA Tester to join our established and experienced CIO team here at RSA.
Your Role
In your new role you will assess software quality through designing and executing manual and automated test. You will be responsible for ensuring our products, applications and systems work correctly by providing accurate test evidence.
You will work closely with the testing team, Architects, Engineers and Product owners to define the test design and execute the tests in line with the Test Strategy, Plan and Test Controls. You will be conducting System testing, system integration and performance testing.
You will accurately report if the test has met the acceptance criteria and where it hasn’t, you will raise defects, providing clear and accurate evidence to ensure the defect can be resolved within the agreed timeframes.
About You
You will have experience within testing, including system test, system integration, performance testing. You will have knowledge of system development life cycle methodologies. This could be waterfall, spiral, agile software development or DevOps.
You will have a background using test software, such as JIRA or Zephr. You will have experience with using test automation tools and frameworks such as Selenium, Cucumber or Gherkin.
You will have experience of identifying the appropriate techniques, tools, and guidelines to implement the required tests, with exposure in designing test solutions with RESTful APIs and SOAP integrations.
