You will be working on a very exciting project with leading clients in this field and working within an established team of quantity surveying professionals.​Responsibilities of the Senior Quantity Surveyor:Procurement of materialsManaging and pricing changeManaging subcontractors / labourRaising early warnings and managing change eventsCompleting cost variation reportsGetting involved with client and stakeholder liaisonRequirements of the Senior Quantity Surveyor:Background working for a civil engineering contractor.Excellent communication skills and the ability to lead in a high pressure environment.Proven experience within the utilities/civils sector.Understanding of NEC forms of contractDegree qualifiedProfessionally qualified – ideal.If you feel this opportunity is of interest do not hesitate to submit a copy of your CV.Aldwych Consulting values diversity and promotes equality.
