The post

The Faculty wishes to recruit a Senior Research Fellow to lead applied behavioural economics research within the multi-year grant funded by Prof Hauser’s UKRI Future Leadership Fellowship. This UKRI funded post is available immediately until June 2025. The successful applicant will be working hybrid.

About you

Applicants will be able to contribute to the Prof Hauser’s UKRI FLF research agenda on equality in the workplace and behavioural decision-making, and independently lead projects within this framework, demonstrating excellence and rigour in project management, analysis and publication strategies. Applicants need to demonstrate the ability (e.g. through prior work) to lead empirical projects in experimental and behavioural economics.

The successful applicant will possess a relevant PhD or equivalent qualification/experience in a related field of study and will be a nationally recognised authority in behavioural economics and possess in-depth understanding of experimental design and data analysis to enable the development of new knowledge and understanding within the field. In addition, the successful applicant will provide academic leadership to research teams, lead and develop internal and external networks and develop links with external contacts in order to foster collaboration and generate income.
