The Risk and Internal Audit Analyst will play a critical role in ensuring the effectiveness of our risk management processes and internal controls. This position involves assessing financial, operational, and compliance risks, conducting audits, and providing recommendations to enhance the company’s internal controls and risk management practices.
– Identify and assess areas of significant business risk.
– Develop and implement risk management strategies and processes.
– Monitor and report on risk mitigation activities and progress.
– Plan, conduct, and report on internal audits of financial, operational, and compliance areas.
– Evaluate the effectiveness of internal controls and recommend improvements.
– Ensure audit findings are documented, communicated, and resolved promptly.– Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
– Professional certifications such as CPA, CIA, CRMA, an advantage
– Minimum of 5 years of experience in internal audit, risk management, or a related field.
– Strong understanding of risk management principles, internal controls, and audit methodologies.
– Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
– Proficient in data analysis and audit software.
– Strong written and verbal communication skills.
