Job DescriptionBrook Street Recruitment is working on behalf of our client in Armagh to recruit a Senior Sales Executive for a candidate with experience in Truck sales.Our client is one of Ireland’s largest Commercial Truck & Plant Sales Companies and this sale role plays a pivotal part in the business dealing with primarily the Truck sales.Typical Duties of Senior Sales Executive, but not limited to:
- Using your in-depth knowledge on a range of commercial vehicle fleet- generate and manage new sales leads, prospects and customers
- Ability to generate and close Sales Deals.
- Meeting and exceeding sales targets through developing new and existing customer relationships.
- Manage the preparation and handover of sale items to customers – delivering exceptional levels of customer services at all times.
- Ability to sell New & Used Fleet Items.
- Carry out accurate appraisals of items offered for part exchange.
- Maintain market awareness, demonstrate an awareness of industry trends, market conditions and competitor activities ensuring you remain competitive in the marketplace.
- As part of a wider sales team, help initiate sales strategies/campaigns to maximise sales.
Criteria
- Must have 5 years minimum sales/ rentals experience in similar industry (motor/commercial vehicle sales)
- Strong negotiation and persuasion skills with a customer focused approach.
- Self- driven with results orientated mindset, eager to achieve and exceed sales targets
- Strong communication skills with customers and staff
- Full driving Licence
