Job description
- Integration Management: Serve as a bridge between technical teams and business stakeholders (e.g., SAP business analysts) to ensure successful system integrations, focusing on supply chain and warehouse management systems.
- Application Support: Enhance and support SAP applications and third-party integrations (e.g., logistics, warehouse scanning, MES systems).
- Compliance: Ensure that solutions adhere to IT compliance standards, including Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) regulations, and utilize tools like SAP Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC).
- Documentation: Create and maintain detailed technical documentation, including configurations and design for integrations.
- Training & Support: Support user acceptance testing (UAT), end-user training, and troubleshooting integration issues for smooth operations.
- Continuous Improvement: Stay updated on the latest SAP technologies, troubleshoot issues, and continuously optimise integration systems.
Key Skills & Experience:
- Supply Chain & FMCG Background: Experience in fast-paced environments like FMCG, where systems integration is critical.
- Technical Expertise: Proficiency in integration tools and technologies, including EDI standards (SAP iDoc, ANSI, EDIFACT), SAP CPI, and non-SAP tools (e.g., warehouse scanning systems, MES).
- Global Experience: Ability to engage with diverse cultures and work across different geographies.
- Compliance & Framework Knowledge: Knowledge of SOX compliance, SAP GRC, and ITIL processes, as well as experience with SDLC and Microsoft DevOps practices.
- Communication Skills: Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders, along with strong presentation skills.
Expected salary
£50000 – 60000 per year
