Nonstop Care is working with an Outstanding-Ofsted local authority that is looking for a social worker to join their Assessment Team in the Berkshire area.

Your Responsibilities:
- To conduct assessments for families assigned to the authority, focusing on children and their well-being.
- To adhere to the local authority’s protocols and legal requirements when providing support for children and/or families and caregivers.
- To deliver a proficient and successful service to children, adolescents, and their families, guaranteeing that the requirements of both the children and their parents or caregivers are expertly evaluated, and appropriate interventions are promptly administered
Requirements:
- Hold a professional Social Work qualification and registration (SWE)
- Have the ability to assess and manage risk, with a focus on service-users’ safety and well-being
- Post-qualified experience across assessment and/or child protection
- Clear, Enhanced DBS
- Must drive and have access to own vehicle
