Job Summary
Serves as a hands on consultant who works with division and college leadership teams to develop unit level plans to support the university’s strategic plan. Manages large-scale enterprise level projects that align to the university strategic plan. Collaborates with cross-functional teams to ensure the timely and efficient implementation of enterprise level initiatives.
Responsibilities
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: –
1. Works with college and division leadership to help facilitate the development of strategic priorities that support the university strategic plan
2. Manages the planning, design, execution, and implementation of large-scale projects, programs, and change initiatives
3. Manages changes to project plan, schedule, cost, and scope
4. Identifies critical path decisions and communicates to project stakeholders
5. Provides guidance and support to project team and managers
6. Builds and maintains relationships with campus partners
7. Collaborates with project team members in making strategic decisions when appropriate
8. Defines, tracks, assesses, and communicates the value and impact of projects through value assessment surveys and case study development
9. Develops regular project status reports for both project sponsors and strategic implementation committees
10. Trains division and college representatives on use of strategic planning software
Required Qualifications
Educational Requirements
Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution of higher education in a related field.
Required Experience
Five (5) years of direct project management experience.

An advanced degree from an accredited institution of higher education in a related field

Proposed Salary
The budgeted salary range is $84,180 to $95,000. Offers are based on relevant experience.
