The School of Professional Studies is seeking a Senior Student Services Assistant. Enrollment services positions at this level require an overall understanding of registration and billing procedures for the enrollment services unit of SPS. Incumbents will transact registration, payments, and enrollment procedures, and prioritize office activities, hire, train, delegate to, and monitor the work of student workers.
Please note this position is located at our Midtown Center – 20 W. 43rd Street.
Required Education:
High School Diploma or equivalent
Required Experience:
3+ years related experience. Experience providing a high-level of customer service.
Required Skills, Knowledge and Abilities:
Proficiency with basic to intermediate-level word processing and spreadsheet applications.
Preferred Skills, Knowledge and Abilities:
Knowledge of SIS Proficiency with a variety of data and enrollment management software. Intermediate to advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office software and Google Suite applications.
In compliance with NYC’s Pay Transparency Act, the hourly rate for this position is USD $34.629. This rate is based on bargaining unit contracts. This pay range represents base pay only and excludes any additional items such as incentives, bonuses, clinical compensation, or other items.
