Job description
A top ten developer is looking for a Senior Superintendent with experience in Multi-Family Projects, Apartments, Hotels, and Assistant Living construction. - Manage the construction team on site, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest level of quality.
- Schedule trades, and manage week-ahead reporting
- Preparing and defining the project scope of work, financial plan, goals, and deliverables.
- Tracking project deliveries using project management tools.
- Coordinating directly and indirectly with project staff to ensure successful completion of the project – Directing, supervising, supporting, and coordinating the project team members/staff.
- Communicating with clients, subcontractors, and vendors to establish cordial/effective working relationships.
- Reporting on project progress and sharing relevant information
Qualifications:
- Multi-Family, Apartments, Hotels, or Assisted Living construction projects
- Wood Frame Construction, TYPE III, TYPE II, building experience.
- Project Management experience with an affordable housing developer, General Contractor, or CM firm
- Strong relationships within the local sub-contractor industry
- Proficiency with MS Project, Excel, Visio, PowerPoint and SharePoint, Bluebeam, and Procore.
- Proven ability to demonstrate a drive for results and accountability of business needs
