If this sounds like you, and the career below sounds exciting, we’d like to hear from you.The Senior Talent Acquisition Consultant partners with lines of business and functional areas to provide strategic recruiting services to ensure that the company’s recruiting programs maximize visibility and result in high quality hires across the organization.Responsibilities:Create and implement innovative talent acquisition strategies to attract exceptional candidatesCollaborate with hiring managers to determine staffing needs and requirementsSource, screen, and evaluate candidates to ensure a flawless recruitment processConduct interviews and assessments to determine candidate suitabilityManage the end-to-end recruitment process for assigned positionsBuild and maintain a strong network of potential candidates through proactive sourcing techniquesKeep up-to-date with the latest developments and effective strategies in talent acquisition within the industry.Requirements:Minimum of 5 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, preferably in a corporate environmentPrevious experience recruiting for Corporate Functions/Global Functions/Shared Services roles in North America and Europe would be preferred.Proven track record of successfully implementing talent acquisition strategies.Familiarity with recruitment techniques and tools, including social media and applicant tracking systems.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Proficiency in handling a variety of tasks and adapting to a fast-paced work setting.Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.Flexibility to work a minimum of three days per week in a Manulife office (onsite).Previous experience using Workday and/or Phenom is an asset.Bilingualism, English/French is an asset.At Manulife, we value diversity and believe that a diverse workforce contributes to our success. The actual salary will vary depending on local market conditions, geography and relevant job-related factors such as knowledge, skills, qualifications, experience, and education/training.
