In this role, you will lead the end-to-end recruitment process for key positions across engineering, product, AI Infrastructure and few other departments, ensuring we attract and hire top-tier talent aligned with our company’s culture and values.As a trusted advisor to hiring managers and a representative of our brand, you will develop and execute innovative sourcing strategies, deliver an exceptional candidate experience, and contribute to the continuous improvement of our talent acquisition processes. Responsibilities:Strategic Talent Acquisition

  • Own and manage the full-cycle recruitment process from sourcing and screening to interviewing and offer negotiation.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements, business objectives, and team dynamics to identify ideal candidate profiles.
  • Leverage data to advise hiring managers on market trends and competitive hiring strategies.

Sourcing and Candidate Engagement

  • Develop and execute creative sourcing strategies to attract a diverse and highly qualified candidate pool using channels such as LinkedIn, networking events, industry forums, and referrals.
  • Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for critical and hard-to-fill roles.
  • Act as a candidate advocate, ensuring a positive and engaging candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

Collaboration and Relationship Management

  • Partner with HR and business leaders to align recruitment efforts with workforce planning and organizational goals.

Stakeholder Management

  • Implement an Account Management type structure to maintain regular check ins with the hiring managers as well as the senior stakeholders
  • Track and report key recruitment metrics (e.g., time-to-fill, quality of hire, diversity metrics) and provide insights to leadership.
  • Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local employment laws and company policies.

Qualifications:What we’re looking for(a) Required skills / qualifications

  • 8-10 years of progressive experience in talent acquisition, with at least 5 years in full-cycle recruiting for technical roles in a tech company.
  • Proven track record of successfully filling niche and high-impact roles in a fast-paced, competitive market.

  • Expertise in sourcing and recruiting strategies, including deep knowledge of market trends, talent networks, and technology tools.
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with an emphasis on delivering a superior candidate and hiring manager experience.
  • High level of proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (iCIMS, SuccessFactors), sourcing platforms (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter).
  • Ability to handle multiple priorities with a strong sense of urgency and adaptability.

The U.S. base salary range for this full-time role is $129,000 to $194,000. Core42 is a total compensation company. Certain roles are eligible for additional rewards, including merit increases, annual bonuses, and long term incentive plans. These awards are allocated based on individual and company performance. In addition, certain roles also have the opportunity to earn sales incentives based on revenue or utilization, depending on the terms of the plan and the employee’s role.
