PageGroup is actively looking for an recruitment professional to join our high-performing Talent Acquisition team. The Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist will be responsible for partnering with, and championing the recruitment needs of our London-based stakeholders, whilst actively hiring Recruitment Consultants to join the UK business.As a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will:

• Business partner with the Hiring Managers and Directors of PageGroup to understand our organisational needs and jointly support hiring objectives and company growth.
• Be the main point of contact for all internal needs and be experts in Talent Acquisition.
• Educate the business where necessary on interview processes and best practices
• Lead and support on ongoing strategy to find specialists, leaders and future hires for the business
• Proactively attract, assess, and secure high-calibre candidates (from graduate up to experienced hires) to join PageGroup
• Travel to our various UK offices

• Internal Recruitment or Agency recruitment experience
• A track record in hiring sales professionals and/or recruiters.
• Experience working with high volume vacancies.
• Have a track record in senior stakeholder engagement
• Highly motivated, ambitious and driven by success
