About our client
Our client, a wide-ranging SME investor with several offices nationally, is looking to hire a Senior Talent Advisor into one of their Northern-based offices. With over a decade of experience, the firm has a diversified portfolio of growing companies across several economic sectors.
The firm are looking to add an experience Senior Talent Advisor into the team, to support on all recruitment needs across the fund and portfolio, and partner with the business to add an advisory perspective on all talent. This is a varied and fast-paced role, requiring an extensive network in the space What the job involves
Alongside deal teams, work with target investee businesses to understand the current capability and requirements around the Board table. Present a well thought out range of diverse candidates and ultimately help the business find the right, complementary candidate.
- Work closely with the wider Value Creation team to continue to evolve and update the team’s strategic approach to building the firm’s network and capability in key sector and functional verticals.
Who we are looking for
- Experience of building and developing senior leadership teams, with a strong preference that this includes non-executive positions. This could be achieved within a senior HR role or within a recruitment practice.
- Demonstrable track record of managing and successfully prioritising multiple projects simultaneously. Able to operate at pace.
- Experienced in leading senior-level candidate interviews, with honed assessment skills and strong judgement around fit for specific roles.
- Highly proficient in the use of CRM systems and strong working knowledge of online resources.
- Full working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite with MS Excel skills.
