Job Summary Coordinates production support activities for all major systems and related subsystems to ensure the integrity of computer generated data. Applies experience and seasoned knowledge, skills, and practices to perform a variety of assignments.Job DescriptionWHAT IS THE OPPORTUNITY?The Asset and Account Application Support Team supports various applications in CWM(Canadian Wealth Management) & USWM ( US Wealth Management). In this role you will be responsible to support various CWMT applications, coordination with offshore/onshore support team and closely working with QA, DEV, various enterprise teams and business users.WHAT WILL YOU DO?Work with AAP Support Team to achieve quality application support.Be responsible and working with other teams to manage and maintains applications servers and infrastructure needs, maintaining server cyber hygiene.Support backend system jobs and processes, meeting SLA and business expectationsParticipates or lead (depends of complexity) development, testing, planning and implementation of projects and fixesFacilitates transition of application from development to productionManages Disaster Recovery exercises for the applicationIdentifies and engages in process improvement opportunities and automationCreates and maintains documentation related to important support processesEstablish strong working relationships across project teams and enterprise teams. Collaborate with teams to achieve quality support and ensure initiatives are effectively integrated into RBC procedures and processes.WHAT DO YOU NEED TO SUCCEED?Must HavesExperience of troubleshooting production issues, determining root causes and engaging proactively in finding long-term solutions,.3+ years in SQL Server 2012-2019, Sybase and working experience with Programming: ASP.NET, C#, ADO.NET, XML, HTML5, JavaScript.OS Platforms: Windows Server 2012-2019, VM, Linux. Cloud: PCF/AzureWorking experience with Web Services: SOAP, WCF, WEB API’S, RESTExperience with Reporting Services: RSCON. Data warehousing tools: ETL, DataStage, SSISNice-to-have:Mix of technologies: DB: DB2, OS platform: AIX, Azure. Analytics Tool: Elastic Search, KebanaRobotic Process Automation: RPA, Ansible.
