Reporting to the Senior Manager, Global Tax and Treasury, you will play a key role in enhancing our Treasury function by being responsible for cash management and reporting, financial modeling and analysis, investment, capital and risk management while maintaining key relationships with banking partners. This position offers the opportunity to collaborate with various teams and make a significant contribution to our company’s success.If you are detail and results-oriented, have strong reporting skills, and are motivated to make a positive impact with a passionate team, this role is ideal for you!What you’ll do:Cash Management and Reporting:

  • Manage global cash activities, including monitoring positions, forecasting flow, reporting balances, and processing payments
  • Execute bank transfers, payments, reconciliations, and forecasts
  • Support global cash management through weekly and monthly cash flow monitoring
  • Prepare regular compliance reports and actively monitor requirements
  • Review and enhance treasury processes for efficiency

Financial Modelling & Analysis:

  • Oversee cash forecast preparation and maintenance, offering valuable insights to ELT
  • Create and manage comprehensive financial models for cash flow projection, liquidity evaluation, and working capital optimization
  • Analyze historical data, integrate emerging trends, and assess scenarios for accurate and timely cash flow projections
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance forecasting methods, refine model accuracy, and optimize financial planning and decision-making

Investment, Capital and Risk Management:

  • Manage internal and external financings, including external credit needs as required

Cross-functional Collaboration:

  • Establish and nurture solid partnerships with banking institutions
  • Oversee bank account management, including account setup and user authorization
  • Regularly engage with internal stakeholders, such as regional business groups, finance teams, and operations, to offer essential support
  • Provide assistance with treasury-related matters and special projects as needed

What you’ll bring:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field
  • 3-5 years of professional experience in corporate treasury or corporate finance
  • Experience in managing multiple currencies
  • Strong financial modeling experience using Microsoft Office Excel
  • Experience in building relationships with banks
  • Adaptable, flexible, and resourceful problem-solver with a can-do attitude
  • Collaborative professional who takes ownership and drives issues to resolution
  • Self-motivated individual with excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities effectively
  • Proficient in Excel, Netsuite (an asset), and Google Suite (Drive, Mail, Sheets)
  • High level of integrity, confidentiality, and accountability
  • Experience in a multi-entity, multinational environment (an asset)
