We’re on the search for an expert and experienced SEO Manager to lead our Western European (WE) regional Amazon & other 3rd Party eRetailer SEO strategy and execution.
You’ll be working with the broader B2B eCommerce Centre of Excellence, within a fast-paced, agile, data-driven and dynamic team. Improving the findability and discoverability of our products!
This role can be based from either our London or Munich office (relocation not offered).
Core Responsibilities
Responsible for adapting and driving our global search strategy to WE needs, creating a WE SEO strategy which accounts for local retailer capabilities and local shopper needs.
Providing analysis, QA, and implementation of content written for SEO purposes.
Conducting keyword research and delivering insights on search behaviour that inform the content optimisation process.
Verifying site copy and making necessary adjustments to ensure it is engaging and attractive to LEGO shoppers Delivering clear insights and recommendations on the organic performance of LEGO on 3rd party retailers.
Being accountable for and managing the SEO budget to ultimately deliver increased traffic and revenue and meet targets.
Management of external agency of copywriters to ensure output meets our strategic needs.
Monitoring and reporting on performance to key collaborators, ensuring data-driven decision making.
Collaborate with wider content teams, UX designers and web development teams for a unified approach across all web partners.

The B2B eCommerce Centre of Excellence (CoE) is accountable for the execution of all digital and eCommerce-related activities within the Western Europe region.
This SEO Manager and our Digital Merchandising team play a significant role in supporting a shopper-first objective by driving eCommerce growth through shopper-led, data driven insights, and a meticulous test and learn approach to keep LEGO at the forefront.
We’re pleased to share that we offer a flexible working week arrangement called Best of Both, requiring 3 days in the office and 2 days from home.
Do you have what it takes?
Proven, in-depth experience in SEO, across Amazon and other 3rd party eRetailers.
Extensive knowledge of SEO copywriting and keyword research, being the subject matter expert.
An understanding of how shoppers & consumers search, where they search & why they purchase online.
Experience in content strategy deployment.
Being able to draw conclusions with limited access to data and the ability to discuss the narrative.
Communication – Strong influential skills, being able to collaborate with a diverse group of team members and partners across multiple business areas and geographies, as well as with agency partners.
Team management – ability to manage a small group of agency copywriters.
Fluent in English both written and spoken.
