This beautiful grade II listed building and former HQ of the Port of London Authority has 100 rooms, 41 residential apartments of which 31 units are in a FS run transient rental program, a stunning ballroom which has hosted the inaugural Reception of the United Nations, 5 meeting rooms, a stunning destination spa with 6 treatment rooms, hammam, steam, sauna and swimming and vitality pool, and a fantastic Food and Beverage offering including La Dame de Pic (French cuisine, 2*Michelin Star), Mei Ume (Chinese/ Japanese cuisine) and Rotunda (all day dinning, afternoon tea & bar).Four Seasons Hotel London at Tower Bridge is looking for a Server to join our Rotunda Bar & Lounge team!About Rotunda Bar & Lounge:Presiding at the heart of the Four Seasons Hotel London at Tower Bridge, Rotunda is a stylish and elegant venue set beneath an art deco domed ceiling, serving an all-day dining menu.From 2pm to 5pm guests can indulge in our Crown Jewels Afternoon Tea; inspired by Britain’s most visited artifacts, located just a stone’s throw away at the Tower of London. Served on classic stands filled with finger sandwiches and seasonal sweet delicacies – not forgetting the essential homemade scones with seasonal jams and Devonshire clotted cream, this is a true afternoon treat.In the evenings the Rotunda transforms into a relaxed, yet sophisticated cocktail bar. Perfect for after work drinks, pre-dinner aperitivo or a nightcap, the bar offers an impressive menu of creative cocktails, refined classics and rare vintage spirits as well as delicious bar snacks.The Server role:The Server is responsible for offering guests of the restaurant an enjoyable, expertly served beverage & dining experience. This individual must be comfortable discussing food and wine choices with guests in detail.
