Company: Finning CanadaNumber of Openings: 1Worker Type: PermanentPosition Overview: We are looking for a Service Administrator who understands the financial impacts of setting up the Service work in the system by following service work processes for repair and billing.The Services Administrator is responsible for the intake of services requests via Case Management, creation & distribution of Maintenance Work Orders, system updates & document control and Time management for Service Technicians.We look forward to you joining our team!Job Description:

  • Intake & creation of Maintenance Work Order Service Requests. This includes verifying the correct customer account, agreement, warranty selection whenever applicable, cash sales requirements, commercial requirements are met and documented such as credit check & valid customer accepted quote.
  • Assign and Update Work in progress. Actively attend team meetings to provide update.
  • Consolidate customer information containing all pertinent inspections, photos, and reports into Case management.
  • Review and process service personnel timecards for accuracy, document for customer billing, Accurate coding of bank time, statutory holiday pay, absences, vacation, and unallocated time

Qualifications:

  • Post-Secondary education with a focus in Administration, Business or Accounting is considered an asset
  • 2+ years administrative experience in a similar environment (Service/Dealership)
  • Experience with setting up Service work in the system; understanding the financial impacts of billing, repair, and service work processes.
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite. Info(M3) working knowledge will be an asset.
  • Experience with Document Control processes (history and audit trail) would be beneficial.
  • Must have skills: Great team player and ability to work individually as required , Attention to detail, Strong communication(verbal & written), Ability to work in fast pace and open environment, able to juggle multiple competing priorities, proactive and critical thinking, process driven and logical mindset

  • Based out of our Red Deer location
  • 5 x 2 Monday – Friday, 7.5 hour shifts
