Balmer Lawn Brockenhurst is looking for a Service Advisor.Your roleYou will be joining a great Dealership within the Balmer Lawn group, a business based in the heart of the New Forest. This is an exciting opportunity to join our dedicated, customer focused, and friendly team.Responsibilities and duties:
- Booking in customers and their vehicles for different types of mechanical work.
- Talking customers through any work that is needed to be completed on their vehicle, including costs.
- Taking payments and setting up payment plans.
- Liaising with Parts.
- Accurate data input into the Kerridge system.
- Ensuring all customers are warmly welcomed.
Hours: Monday to Friday from 8:30 am to 5:30 pm, and every other Saturday from 8:30 am to 12:30 pm.Your profileWe are looking for someone with a “can-do” attitude, that enjoys working in a busy team.Skills and qualifications:
- Motor Trade experience within the Service/Aftersales Team.
