Ocean BMW/MINI are looking for a Service Booking Advisor to join its high performing contact centre team.​Your roleYour role is to support the Aftersales function, you will make outbound calls for our service centres about service bookings and to promote seasonal campaigns, service follow-up work and other service-related items through the upsell of products and services to maximise the revenue of the service department.​​Key responsibilities

  • To provide an outstanding level of customer care
  • Book service and repair work, always ensuring workshop availability
  • To organise loan car bookings
  • To achieve hours sold targets as a member of a motivated team
  • To maintain accurate customer records
  • To make telephone upsell
  • To convert as many inbound/outbound calls into bookings as possible

Your working hours will be 40-hours per week Monday to Friday plus Saturdays on a rota basis (paid as overtime).​Your profile

  • The ability to meet targets.
  • ​At least one year of experience in a similar role, ideally in the motor trade or a contact centre background
  • ​Effective communication skills
  • ​Commitment to delivering customer excellence
  • ​A good standard of verbal and numerical reasoning
  • ​Computer literacy
  • ​A keen eye for detail
