The role of the Service Delivery Analyst is to support our staff and students to ensure they get the best out of the technology. Resolving tickets that are raised through our Service Desk but cannot be resolved at that point. The role will be varied, and you’ll be joining an Operational Support team who hold a wide range of skills and expertise.
It’s essential that you’re able to work effectively as part of a team with a commitment and aptitude to develop new skills. Focused on quality, you will be committed to providing an excellent level of service to our customers.
Whilst the successful candidate will have a “home” base in Wolverhampton, there may be a requirement to work at our other campuses.
