Role purpose / summary
- Client management of the UK service delivery team
- Client management of the operational units across Europe focussing on fault management, changes, service improvements, efficiency
- Management of the Operational delivery leads to ensure priorities and delivery against SLA and business needs is performed
- Driving in automation and best practise across the delivery capability
- Ensuring that financial costs are within budgeted expectations, and the agreed margins are delivered for the service
Key Skills/ requirements
- Opportunity to work with a global delivery account which is a first generation outsource enabling transformational work and best practise rollout
- International travel into Europe working alongside the client’s business
- Ability to train and personally develop skillsets and capabilities to run a global or large delivery account
