We pride ourselves on delivering excellence and innovation in everything we do.Job Overview:We are looking for an experienced Service Desk Coordinator to join our team. If you have a background in Managed Services or Facilities, especially in a hospital environment, we want to hear from you!Key Responsibilities:
- Compile end-of-month statistics and reports.
- Handle client requests via phone, email, or face-to-face.
- Prioritise tasks according to SLAs and KPIs.
- Schedule and coordinate engineering or subcontractor resources.
- Manage job records from creation to financial closure.
- Liaise with the engineering team for daily updates.
- Assist with quotations and client approvals.
- Raise purchase orders for materials and services.
- Provide accurate data for internal and external reports.
- Maintain operational processes and CAFM system.
- Deliver excellent client and customer service.
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience in service desk and administration within the building services industry.
- Strong communication skills with customers and management.
- Highly organised with the ability to prioritise tasks.
- Proficient in IT, especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Experience with CAFM systems and Microsoft Dynamics.
- Comfortable working independently and adapting to changes.
Qualifications:
- GCSEs (or equivalent) in Maths and English.
- Previous experience in facilities management administration.
