Berry Group are looking for a Service Team Manager.Your roleBerry Group are currently recruiting for a Service Team Manager to join our BMW dealership in Chiswick Working as part of a team and reporting to the Aftersales Manager, this role offers you the opportunity to use your leadership skills to drive performance on our service reception.
What will I do on a daily basis?
- Provide day to day guidance and direction to a team of Service Advisors
- Ensure the highest level of customer care and satisfaction are delivered at all times
- Identify areas of improvement for the service reception department to improve performance and customer satisfaction
- Plan ahead and manage time effectively to ensure all tasks are achieved
- Develop and maintain professional working relationships with all customers, dealership colleagues, suppliers and external representatives
Your profile
- You would have experience in a similar role within a vehicle dealership
- Ability to remain professional, calm and positive at all times
- Approach tasks eagerly and cooperate fully when requested
- Proactive mind set
- Positive, can-do attitude
- Outstanding organisation and time management skills with the ability to work to deadlines
