The Johnson Shoyama Graduate School of Public Policy (JSGS) invites applications for Sessional Lecturers to teach the following courses during the 2023-24 Spring session:

Course Schedule: Tuesdays and Thursdays from 1:00 to 4:00 p.m.

Course Schedule: Saturdays from 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. AND 1:00 to 4:00 p.m.

Course Schedule: Asynchronous; one-hour weekly synchronous session day/time to be scheduled.

Location: Saskatoon/remote teaching acceptable

Appointment periods include additional days in recognition of preparation and marking time required. Courses may be cancelled due to low enrolment.

Qualifications: Minimum of a Master’s degree in public administration, public policy, economics, or a related discipline; a PhD degree is preferred. Experience teaching statistics for public application is required; teaching in an online setting (for the online section) would be considered an asset. Experience working in the public sector (such as Indigenous or non-Indigenous governments, non-profit organizations, credit unions, or co-operatives), particularly in a leadership role, is a significant asset.
