Description:7:00 am to 3:30 pm with overtime.THE ROLE: The Shipper Receiver will be responsible forhandling, preparation, and all details pertaining to shipping various products,under minimum supervision. In this role, the incumbent will also perform thehandling, receiving, and checking of incoming materials and supplies to verifyquantity and weight in relation to purchase orders, under minimum supervision.CORE RESPONSIBILITIES:To perform the job successfully, an individual must beable to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.Ships products in accordance with shipping orders,completing bills of lading and all other duties.Wraps or arranges materials in shipping containers, usingexcelsior and other packing materials and observes that products are properlypacked.Interprets packing specifications and calculates fromdrawings or measurement of the equipment to be packed the size of the containerand dimensions of pieces.Selects the correct barrier materials, i.e., cushioningmaterials, etc., and the required sizes of hardware such as nails, nuts, andbolts, etc.3-5 years experiencePreferred skills
