MacGregor Black is currently partnering with a Global Branded FMCG business, on the search a Shopper and Digital Marketing Manager. This is a permanent role based in Dublin.

As the Shopper and Digital Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for driving success in three core areas: Shopper Engagement, Social Media Visibility, and Online Shopping Growth. The individual will ensure brand prominence within stores, amplify our online presence through social media channels, and spearhead initiatives to expand category growth and online market share. This role offers an exceptional chance for career progression within the FMCG sector, encompassing diverse experiences and abundant prospects for advancement within the Irish unit or the broader UK&I business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate internally with Marketing and Sales colleagues to meticulously execute comprehensive 360-degree plans.
  • Cultivate external partnerships with key retailers to conceive and execute in-store campaigns, fostering proactive communication to enhance customer experiences and drive enhanced ROI.
  • Provide support and collaborate with the Head of Ireland in the successful delivery of annual shopper plans with various retailers.
  • Liaise with field teams to comprehend inventory needs and requirements, actively participating in field team meetings to present shopper plans.
  • Develop a robust year-long social media plan, in conjunction with our UK team and local agency partners.
  • Oversee the seamless in-house activation of social media campaigns, exceeding established KPIs for reach, impressions, engagement, and ROI.
  • Customize an effective online shopping strategy tailored for our key grocery and wholesale retail partners.
  • Collaborate closely with customers to ideate and execute digital campaigns on their platforms.
  • Achieve predefined KPIs related to online market share and share of online trade for each customer.
  • Collaborate with the finance department on budget management concerning Ireland’s shopper engagement and digital marketing activities.
  • Provide assistance with day-to-day administrative duties, including generating PO requests and SAP management.
