description of the Assignment: The consultant will pay particular attention to two stages often underserved in SISP engagements: strategy conception, the deliberate generation and comparison of strategic options before a plan is locked in, and implementation follow-through and evaluation. The Business-led approach will ground SIDIK’s development in Indonesia’s climate goals; the Technological approach will translate this into concrete architecture and policy recommendations. The consultant will also design the documentation and evaluation mechanisms needed to track whether the roadmap is actually followed through, addressing a common gap between strategic plans and their execution.
Period of assignment/services: 45 working days within 3 months
