An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced and enthusiastic nurse on our Coronary Care/ Cardiology Ward at Calderdale and Huddersfield NHS Foundation Trust.We are looking for a motivated and dynamic nurse with significant cardiology experience to undertake this role.The successful applicant will be expected to work across the in-patient service.Main duties of the jobYou will be responsible for the day to day running of the fast paced cardiology inpatient service and supporting the ward manager with the overall management of the areas.You will be expected to work and collaborate with the multidisciplinary team in order to ensure patients receive a high standard of quality care.You will possess excellent organisation, communication, decision making and motivational skills and will be a positive role model to other members of staff.About usWe employ more than 6,500 staffwho deliver compassionate care from our two main hospitals,Calderdale Royal Hospital and Huddersfield Royal Infirmary as well as in community sites, healthcentres and in patients’ homes.
