Vacancy: Sister/Team Leader – In-Patient UnitSalary Range: £36,879 to £43,983 per annum (pro-rata for part-time staff) Hours: Minimum of 30 per week, 24 hour internal rotationAre you ready to take on a leadership role within a ward setting? Do you want to work in an ‘Outstanding’ organisation?We are recruiting to the post of Ward Sister/Team leader. We are looking for someone who is able to support and lead a team of staff to provide outstanding evidenced based care.Working with senior staff, you will role model the St Gemma’s values and behaviour framework.As a Sister/Team Leader you will be expected to:

  • Take responsibility as Nurse in Charge on shift.
  • Positive role model in a supervisory and supportive role.
  • Manage and develop a team of staff
  • Project development
  • Demonstrate management and leadership skills
