Site Co-ordinatorOverviewOur Romford Volkswagen Retail Centre actively looking for enthusiastic individuals excited to join our ever-growing automotive family, and if you’re as passionate about cars as we are then we’d love to welcome you to the team where you will be welcomed into a friendly team and be part of our exciting journey.As a Site Co-ordinator at Group 1 Automotive you will be welcomed into a friendly team and have the opportunity to work with an exciting brand.What you will be doing?Maintain new and used display areasPhotograph cars for advertisingArrange and progress chase used car preparationCollection and delivery vehicles from customers’ homes or work premises, ensuring collection and / or completion of all paperwork required.Examine customer vehicles for damage and tyre safety prior to collecting vehicle ensuring that damage reports are completed and pointed out to customers wherever possible.Ensuring all photos of the vehicle stock is up to date and presented correct on all ecommerce sitesEnsuring all signage and pricing is correct on vehicle stock on the forecourtMaintain systems and procedures in line with department operating standards and utilise them appropriately.Complete any relevant documentation with the customer where necessary.Receive and receipt for the collection of payments from customers where necessary.Chauffeur company personnel and / or customers where required.Collect / deliver small items where required.Display an enthusiastic, motivated and committed approach to workTo control the movement and security of all vehicles on siteTo maintain accurate and true records at all times when releasing or receiving vehiclesWhat we are looking for?We are looking for individuals who meet the below criteria to join our team.
