Position Overview:Calling all college students who take on life with their own two hands! Come join us for our 10-week internship program from June 2nd to August 8th. What You’ll Learn:How to merchandise website with Site Merchandising Manager’s oversight; including product set-up, assortment maintenance, and content QAHow to execute business-critical, customer-facing website changes in large content management systemsHow to align website levers with cross-functional marketing areas such as email and socialHow to provide performance reports on site performance KPIsHow to communicate and attain web content updates from creative teamsHow to identify new categories and collections to introduce online, following web assortment guidelines and selling timeframes to support total business goalsHow to coordinate execution of site promotion messaging in collaboration with pricing and merchant teamsHow to demonstrate UX/UI best practices on an e-commerce retail platformHow to deliver informative and comprehensive internship project presentations, including presenting actionable insights to leadershipWhat We’re Looking For:

  • A current undergraduate student of Business Marketing, Communications, or a similar program
  • Comfortable learning new systems/tools
  • Proficient computer skills
  • A roll-up-your-sleeves kind of work ethic
  • A passion for sharing ideas and being a hands-on team member
  • The ability to complete projects with cross-functional partners
  • The ability to work well both independently and in a team environment
  • The ability to work on multiple projects and meet deadlines
  • Strong research, analytical, and problem-solving skills
  • Strong attention-to-detail
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
