This critical, exciting new role has come about due to a huge increase in the amount of activity that happens across Kew Gardens. The self-managed role will own the processes and system to book in and plan activity across Kew’s built and natural environments- this includes public programming, commercial events, capital build projects, learning, horticulture, fundraising work and much more.Key responsibilities are to implement, manage and administer RBG Kew’s planning process and diary, overseeing all date allocations and bookings across the site, working with relevant stakeholders on the scheduling of specific projects, and flag potential clashes, resourcing issues, imbalances of programme mix, unconfirmed dates and any other issues.You will be employed by RBG Kew Enterprises, working in the Marketing & Commercial Enterprise Directorate but the role is cross organisational and will ensure that balance is maintained in the diary between the visitor programme, commercial needs, and wider operational requirements.Hours of workFull timeContract TypePermanentSalary£40,939 per annumDirectorateMarketing & Commercial EnterpriseLocationKew Gardens, Richmond, HybridClosing Date14/07/2024Documents(PDF, 201.33kb)
