About the Role

Fixed Term till December 2024

This is an exciting opportunity to join the Luminate HE MIS team as SITS Project Coordinator, coordinating several workstreams of activity in relation to the implementation of a new
student records system (Tribal SITS) at Luminate Education Group (covering Leeds Conservatoire and University Centre Leeds).

What You Will Do

The post holder will be responsible for pulling together project and change plans, recording and reporting on stand activity and actions, and ensuring the schedule and details of the project activity are well organised. To do so, the post holder will communicate with various departments across the Group to keep everyone informed and on track, whilst organising reporting, planning meetings and providing updates to project managers and sponsors. This will include scheduling and minuting minutes, and overseeing administrative tasks relating to the project, communicating with stakeholders and ensuring resource availability for the project team.

About You

You will have excellent organisational, planning and prioritisation skills, including the ability to plan and prioritise own workload, and delegate effectively. You must have excellent interpersonal and communication skills. You should have a recognised Project Management Qualification or experience of managing multiple projects.
