You will provide creative solutions and comprehensive financial advice (e.g. credit and wealth solutions; cash management services to support banking and deposit management) to our small business members.How you’ll be spending your time
- Providing holistic financial advice to our small business members
- Keeping up to date on industry trends and knowledge to have proactive advice-based conversations fueled by a passion to improve the financial well-being of our business members
- Actively engaging in the local community by participating in events, networking opportunities to build meaningful connections
- Marketing yourself to build your book of business in the local community
- Making sure there’s a healthy balance between opportunity and risk and between growth and profitability for Conexus

The experience you bring
- 2 Years of Commercial Banking Experience
- Prior Knowledge of Small Business Lending
- Post-secondary educated related to business
- CSI Moody’s Certificate in Commercial Credit (CICC) is an asset
Salary Range
- $71,620 – $89,530 with 13% Short Term Incentive Target
