About us:

Specialty Medicine, Research and Training (SMaRT) oversees training and research connections between the Department of Medicine and the NHS. It also coordinates departmental activities that interface with the Clinical School and the Clinical Academic Training Office.

Applications are invited for an experienced PA/ Secretary to provide support to SMaRT.

The role holder will be responsible for the provision of administrative and PA support to senior staff. This is a wide-ranging role and includes diary management, actioning emails and maintaining correspondence and information flow within the department and the wider University community.

The role holder will have experience in a relevant administrative or secretarial role and should be a self-motivated and organised person with excellent interpersonal skills. The successful candidate must be able to prioritise a diverse and changing workload, acting effectively on their own initiative.
