Smartsheet Data and Integration SpecialistCompany: The Boeing CompanyJob ID: 00000440821Date Posted: 2024-12-09Location: GBR – Frimley, UK, IRL – Dublin, IrelandJob Description Qualifications:Boeing Commercial Modifications is seeking to add to their Smartsheet process and analytics team.This role combines advanced expertise in Smartsheet with the ability to design and implement data integrations, ensuring seamless data flow across systems.The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical mindset, excellent problem-solving skills, and a proven track record of leveraging Smartsheet for project management, data visualization, and workflow optimizationKey Responsibilities:Smartsheet ExpertiseDesign, build, and optimize complex Smartsheet solutions to meet organizational needs.Develop automated workflows, dashboards, and reporting tools using Smartsheet and its advanced features (e.g., formulas, DataMesh, Datashuttle, Bridge).Train and mentor team members in Smartsheet best practices.Ensure Smartsheet solutions align with business processes and compliance requirements.Data Analysis & VisualizationAnalyze datasets to uncover trends, insights, and opportunities for process improvement.Create custom reports and dashboards to support decision-making at all organizational levelsLead the design and implementation of data integrations between Smartsheet and other platformsUtilize APIs, to bring data in and out of smartsheet it ensure single sourceIdentify and troubleshoot integration issues, ensuring data accuracy and consistency across systems.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand and address data integration needs.Required Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Computer Science, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).5+ years of experience in Smartsheet administration, including advanced functionality and integrations.Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, Python).Experience with APIs and data integration tools (e.g., smarsheet, resource manager, etc)Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex datasets.Excellent communication and collaboration skills.Preferred Qualifications:Smartsheet certification(s) such as Smartsheet Product Certified User or Core App Certification.Familiarity with business intelligence tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).Experience in project management or process improvement methodologies (e.g., Agile, Six Sigma).Knowledge of database managementKey Competencies:Strategic Thinking: Ability to align Smartsheet solutions with organizational goals.Technical Aptitude: Advanced knowledge of Smartsheet and data integration processes.Collaboration: Work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.Adaptability: Thrive in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities.What we offerThe Boeing UK benefits package goes above and beyond, focusing on your physical, emotional, financial and social well-being.
