Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Education, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Proven experience as an SME, Coach, Team Leader, Trainer, or in a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of the organization’s products, services, processes, or operational procedures.
- Experience in performance coaching, mentoring, or employee development.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and active listening skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to interpret performance data and recommend improvement strategies.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and performance management or Learning Management Systems (LMS) is preferred.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
