Social Content and Brand Manager TIFCO Hotel Group Permanent / Full time We are currently recruiting for a Social Content and Brand Manager 39 hours per week to join our Marketing and E-Commerce team. Salary: €38,000 Objective of the Role Reporting to the E-Commerce Manager the Social Content and Brand Manager will develop, implement and manage the Hotel brands digital activity, ensuring it is consistent and aligned with brand identity across all of the brands online campaigns. We are passionate about our brand and we are looking for someone who will strive to support the overall sales and marketing efforts of the hotels by developing innovative and relevant content for the customer. Primary duties and responsibilities 1. Assist with E-Commerce related digital projects 2. Drive consumer CRM strategy and execution of campaign activities working closely with the hotels 3. Provide oversight of the customer review websites-ensuring feedback is monitored, responded to and shared with the hotels. 4. Use SEO guidelines to optimise contents as it is created for the brand. Requirements: 1. Previous Social Media management experience 2. Previous experience with photography enabling of enhancing the brand. 3. Third level education in Arts, Business or Marketing 4. Third level education in Photography
