We are seeking a passionate and experienced Social Impact Manager to lead key initiatives, including managing our international partnership with the UN Refugee Agency (UNHCR) and overseeing our UK Social Mobility Strategy. This role is an excellent opportunity for a skilled professional to create meaningful change through impactful programmes and partnerships.Key Responsibilities:Build and maintain strong relationships with UNHCR and internal stakeholdersCoordinate reporting processes, tracking pro bono hours, engagements, and communicationsOrganise joint events, including high-profile engagements like COP30 and UNGASupport local offices in planning and executing fundraising opportunitiesDeliver the refreshed social mobility action plan in collaboration with key stakeholdersWork with HR and DEI teams to input into pay gap reports, including class pay gap dataAlign social impact metrics with global reporting requirements (e.g., CSRD)Qualifications and Experience:Proven experience in social impact or partnerships managementExpertise in data analysis, impact measurement, and reportingIf you are a highly skilled and experienced professional in Social Impact please get in touch and send your CV to [email protected].
