Are you in?What you’ll be doingAs our social & digital guru you’ll transform our channels into a foodie must-follow. Reporting into our Head of Brand and working closely with our Marketing Team & Creative Studio to make tasty content that stops scrollers in their tracks.Using the Social & Email Strategy as your springboard, you’ll dive headfirst into our digital channels, making waves with engaging emails, sharable social posts & natural influencer collabs.You’ll keep the Scurry (our online community) buzzing and become an agile community guardian. That means staying close to our nut butter lovers (our engaged followers) while keeping your ears tuned to wider social trends. Spot a viral squirrel? Peep a peanut butter debate? Get Pip & Nut involved! We like to be reactive & interactive, alongside our planned content.Getting nerdy. You’ll be responsible for evaluating & reporting content performance. No data is boring data, you’ll shout about key wins & learnings to the wider team and use your findings to fuel our social growth, making sure we’re hitting our punchy targets.One last thing. We’re a nimble team who love to muck in. You’ll be ready & raring to get stuck in across the business, lending a hand when needed to support your fellow squirrel. Think sampling, in-office taste tests & supermarket shelfies.In a nutshell, you’ll be:● A tactics translator – hitting our KPIs by bringing our Social Media & E-Newsletter Strategy to life● Stopping sleep-scrollers with like-worthy, tasty content that sticks to our Brand & Tone of Voice Guidelines, and could only be a Pip & Nut post● A top-nut collaborator. Nurturing our team of content creators, influencers & brand partners. Keeping them in the loop with clear briefs that spring memorable content.● Crafting engaging emails that keep our email newsletter’s (The Scurry’s) open rate up & growing● Building partnerships with like-minded brands (that’s foodies, B Corps and anything in between!)● Social listening. Staying chatty with our nut butter lovers (online community) while keeping a beady eye on the latest trends & content styles.● Performance led & budget building. Running then reporting on targeted social ads & boosted content. You’ll be in charge of our social media budget & using spend in the right places to achieve the right results.● A mindful marketeer. Reviewing & reporting on key performance metrics and using results to inform next steps to success.● Loud & proud. Sharing important social wins and learnings with the wider Pip & Nut team to drive home the importance of social for the brand.Things we’re looking for (skills & credentials)● 2-3 years in a similar role with experience in scaling social media accounts and email databases● A passion for food & love of creating foodie content● Proven experience of building & implementing social media strategies● A whizz with Meta Ads Manager & Business Manager● A creative eye for capturing pictures, gifs, reels and videos. Plus strong video editing skills & knowledge of editing software● A pro at CMS like Klaviyo, Mail Chimp, Active Campaign● A love for social media & eagerness to stay on top of trends● A multi-tasking pro with a keen eye for detailHOLD UP
