We continue to strive for more creative ways of improving services and relationships with other partners, such as the NHS and care providers.Lincolnshire County Council is committed to the principles of choice, independence and personalisation.About youWe are looking for Social Workers who are passionate, highly skilled and knowledgeable with either several years of post-qualifying experience OR at least one year (ASYE completed) of post-qualifying experience WITH considerable assessment experience within a statutory adults social care setting.You should be able to demonstrate commitment to continuous professional development and to work as part of a team, learning from and contributing to the development of others.You will also have the organisational and administrative skills necessary for managing a complex and varied caseload.We are looking for someone who wants to use these skills and knowledge in a more creative and innovative way.
