Our extensive global presence offers a diverse range of career opportunities across various industries, nations, and job domains, empowering our workforce to continuously enhance their skills and stay competitive.Create a better tomorrow with us!Siemens Electrical Products, located in Peachtree Corners, GA is growing steadily and is seeking highly qualified and energetic Software Product Manager role that is critical for driving the successful development and integration of software and hardware products targeted for circuit protection, power distribution and energy management (such as circuit breakers, power distribution, control and monitoring gear). Software applications will be used across by customers in the residential market (i.e.: homeowners, contractors, and installers) as well as customers in commercial and industrial infrastructure.In this new role, the Software Product Manager will lead the product strategy, agile development with R&D, roadmap planning, execution, and stakeholder management of the next generation of energy management products to unlock new markets opportunities and business models.You will make impact with the following responsibilities:Product Strategy Development:
- Define and communicate the software product vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned with overall product portfolio.
- Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and customer feedback to identify market needs and opportunities. Benchmarking best-in-class competition and emerging technologies
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to prioritize features, define requirements, and allocate resources effectively.
- Develop deep understanding for the codes and standards involved in energy management to help improve roadmap
Product Planning and Execution:
- Develop detailed product specifications, including user stories, wireframes, and acceptance criteria.
- Coordinate with engineering, design, and quality assurance teams to ensure timely and high-quality product delivery.
- Drive the agile development process, including sprint planning, backlog grooming, and release management.
- Collaboration with global software teams to drive best practices and leverage resources where possible.
User Experience (UX) and Interface (UI) Design:
- Lead the design and development of intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces.
- Conduct usability testing and gather feedback to iteratively improve the user experience.
- Collaborate with designers and front-end developers to implement UI/UX best practices and design principles.
Hardware and Software Integration:
- Work closely with hardware engineering teams to understand product specifications and integration requirements.
- Ensure seamless integration between hardware and software components, addressing compatibility issues and optimizing performance.
- Coordinate testing and validation efforts to ensure the reliability and functionality of integrated systems.
Stakeholder Management:
- Communicate product updates, milestones, and risks to stakeholders, including executives, engineering teams, and customers.
- Solicit feedback from internal and external stakeholders to drive continuous improvement and foster collaboration.
- Manage expectations and resolve conflicts to ensure alignment and support for product initiatives.
Product Performance Analysis:
- Define key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to track the success and impact of software products.
- Analyze data and user feedback to evaluate product performance, identify areas for improvement, and inform decision-making.
- Prepare regular reports and presentations to demonstrate product achievements and address challenges.

- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, computer engineering, business Administration, or related field.
- 5 plus years of experience in product management roles, preferably in software development or technology-driven organizations.
- Proficiency in software development technologies and frameworks.
- Proficiency in project planning, risk management, and resource allocation.
- Must be eligible to work in the US with no sponsorship now or in the future.
- Ability to travel 20%.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Knowledgeable in Cloud Application, Web applications, and Mobile applications.
- Understanding of hardware architecture and system integration principles.
- Knowledge of UX/UI design tools and methodologies (Figma, Adobe xD).
- Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Jira)
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Experience with agile development methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and tools.
- Ability to think strategically and translate business objectives into actionable product plans.
- Ability to deliver clear and compelling presentations to diverse audiences, including executives, customers, and technical teams.
- Experience with consumer-end software mobile and desktop applications.
- Alternatively experience with commercial and industrial software applications
- Experience with circuit protection, power distribution or energy management.
- Effective leadership skills to inspire and motivate cross-functional teams.
- Experience with creating product documentation, release notes, and training materials.
- Working knowledge of the electrical industry and/or the specific markets listed.
